Tang Ke was right next to Qi Yue and now directly pressed close, half-hugging him. One arm around his waist, one hand still holding little Yueyue. He said beside Qi Yue’s ear, loud enough for all three to hear, “Don’t look at me like that. Tang Ke sat next to him. “Went to Base B.”

“Mm. Base B has better medical facilities and healing ability users. They can cure Sun Yang’s illness.”
“D*mn, those heartless people. What am I supposed to do?” Qi Yue blurted out the first thing in his mind.
Tang Ke chuckled and stated matter-of-factly, “Of course you’re coming with me.”
“Why do I have to go with you?” Qi Yue exploded.
“You’re coming with me.” This time it was Lin Yuze speaking.
Qi Yue was furious. “I’m not going with anyone. I can live perfectly fine on my own.”
Tang Ke and Lin Yuze exchanged a look. So he was planning to run.
“If you don’t come with me, what about Sun Yang? You promised Sun Ling you would take care of his little brother.” Tang Ke softened his tone.
Qi Yue wavered. Back then, when he was in danger, Sun Yang and Oak hadn’t abandoned him. “Oak will take good care of him.”
“If he could take good care of him, then why is Sun Yang still so sick?” Tang Ke pressed on. “How can you be so unfeeling, wanting to walk away when your companion is ill?”
Qi Yue snapped, “I’m not someone who doesn’t care about loyalty!”
Lin Yuze spoke at the perfect moment, his tone carrying a faint grievance, “You also said before that you’d take care of me, but you…”
Qi Yue was stuck. He did say that. But Lin Yuze was even stronger than him, how was he supposed to take care of him?
Tang Ke’s voice drifted calmly from the side. “You also said you’d stay with me. You even touched my body. So you’re not planning to take responsibility, are you?”
