This Damned Thirst for Survival Chapter 149

“Riiip—”

Two long, smooth legs stretched out beneath the evil spirit.

Completely bare, firm and powerful. The white fabric fell beside Jiang Luo. Faced with Jiang Luo’s expression of utter disbelief, the evil spirit’s smile was wicked and sinister.

In his hand, he still held a large piece of torn cloth.

When he heard the sound of fabric tearing, Jiang Luo’s expression cracked right along with it.

If his helplessness earlier had carried a trace of deliberate seduction to confuse Chi You, now Jiang Luo was truly frozen stiff.

What did that mean?

Those clothes he burned in the past… had all ended up with Chi You?!

Jiang Luo’s face shifted between green and red, a mess of emotions.

He didn’t even have the mind to care about his fully exposed legs. Instead, he sat up and yanked down Chi You’s collar, his voice tight as he threatened beside the evil spirit’s ear, “Why do the things I burned end up with you?!”

“Who knows,” the evil spirit replied lightly. Under Jiang Luo’s sharp gaze, his pale fingers picked up the torn cloth and gracefully tucked it into the chest pocket of his coat. With a deep smile, he added, “Who knows indeed.”

A white corner of the fabric peeked out from the pocket, looking like a neatly folded silk handkerchief—elegant and poised.

Jiang Luo’s eyes locked onto that corner, a murderous intent growing within. “Where are the rest of those clothes?”

“That’s a secret,” the evil spirit replied, his hand creeping up toward the base of Jiang Luo’s thigh. His head lowered with it, fingers dancing in teasing circles. A smile played on his lips. “Most of them probably haven’t even been washed.”

A kiss landed through the fabric on the human’s lower abdomen, right on the faint outline of muscle.

Jiang Luo’s abdomen flinched, a bead of sweat rolling down from his temple. He gripped the evil spirit’s hair, though his mind was entirely focused on what he’d just said.

“Sh*t…”

Not washed…

Of course they weren’t washed.

Who the h*ll washes clothes that are about to be burned?

D*mn.

Jiang Luo couldn’t help but think back to the things he’d burned before—

Clothes worn for a whole day tossed into the laundry basket, clothes stained with mud, sheets and covers soiled after a lustful dream involving Chi You that had made him wet the bed in real life…

Every single one of them was full of embarrassment.

The evil spirit seemed to know exactly what he was recalling, and deliberately added, “All of those clothes still carry your scent.”

A vein throbbed on Jiang Luo’s temple. “Shut up.”

But the evil spirit fanned the flames. “I really like the things you burned for me—especially the most recent one—”

Jiang Luo exploded in rage, lifting his leg to kick him.

The evil spirit caught his leg, and in that instant, a dark fire lit up in his eyes. Jiang Luo suddenly remembered he wasn’t wearing anything below. He gave a cold laugh, “Nice view?”

Chi You gave an affirmative answer, full of admiration. “Absolutely beautiful.”

“I can’t take my eyes off it.”

Jiang Luo sneered. “Then I’ll dig your eyes out.”

Two streaks of golden light shot toward Chi You’s eyes. Jiang Luo was just about to take this chance to reverse the situation and teach him a lesson—not to pick up someone else’s discarded things. But in the next second, the black mist twisted into chains and bound his limbs. Jiang Luo frowned as he looked at the dark fog twining around his hands. He struggled slightly, only to find the bindings tightening even more.

A trap.

He pressed his lips together in frustration.

Chi You pulled off his tie and blindfolded Jiang Luo.

Jiang Luo’s frown deepened. “What are you doing? There are people outside.”

“But in here, it’s just you and me,” the evil spirit said leisurely. “I told you, you’ve made quite a few mistakes these past few days. I’m very displeased.”

With his eyes covered, he couldn’t see a thing. His limbs restrained, the lack of control made Jiang Luo feel deeply unsafe.

In this state, his hearing and touch were heightened exponentially. He cursed at Chi You and gave another warning: “Let me go.”

But then he suddenly felt a chill on his lower leg—his knee brushed by smooth suit fabric.

A kiss landed on his now exposed skin.

The sensation was too sensitive, too intimate. Jiang Luo shivered involuntarily, then clenched his jaw and stiffened his back.

More kisses followed, slow and deliberate, as the malicious ghost seemed to savor every inch of Jiang Luo’s skin. Within moments, Jiang Luo was sweating, the drops trailing from his neck down his collar.

He felt increasingly unsettled by being the only one clearly affected, frustrated by how unbalanced this was. Gritting down his earlier embarrassment, he started lashing out verbally.

“What are you, a collector of junk? Why do you keep everything—dirty clothes, things meant to be thrown away? Do you have some disgusting little hoarding habit?”

The malicious ghost didn’t reply, but the sound of heavy chains clinking echoed as Jiang Luo struggled—his hands and feet bound by shadows.

His shirt was lifted. The malicious ghost left trails of kisses along his torso. Jiang Luo’s lips pressed into a line, eyelashes quivering. He gritted out another barb, “How did I forget? You’re just a pervert.”

“Hm?” The malicious ghost finally looked up, curious, eyes gleaming. Jiang Luo’s pale skin now bore clear marks.

His legs felt weak. The tie still covered his eyes, leaving only his jawline and lips visible.

A strange hunger seemed to rise in the malicious ghost’s gaze, as if a fire had ignited deep inside. His nonexistent heart began to beat again, violently, as he murmured, “What kind of pervert?”

Jiang Luo chuckled, breathless. “The kind who steals his student’s personal belongings and keeps them.”

He laughed openly. “Disgusting.”

Jiang Luo knew provocation might worsen things—but he did it anyway.

The malicious ghost watched him, then slowly leaned back down.

Jiang Luo’s body trembled slightly, like a sword fresh from the forge—blazing hot and fragile.

“That just means this student is too unforgettable,” the malicious ghost whispered.

Then silence fell.

The kisses stopped. Only the sound of chains remained. The stillness within the shadows became eerie.

Jiang Luo licked his lips, shifted his legs, and after a pause, growled impatiently, “Chi You?”

The malicious ghost had spotted three moles on Jiang Luo’s waist.

All his movements froze. He reached out and touched them gently.

Jiang Luo shuddered at the sudden, featherlight touch.

Then, Chi You lowered his head and began fixating on that spot—kissing and biting as though claiming it. Jiang Luo sensed something strange in his behavior and suddenly struggled harder. “What are you doing?!”

Chi You pinned him down, murmuring as he kissed the moles, “This proves you belong to me.”

“Get lost!”

The malicious ghost leaned in close to his ear.

“Do you know what this means?” he whispered. “It means you’re able to bear my children.”

His hand passed over Jiang Luo’s firm abdomen.

“Too bad you’re a man. But maybe—just maybe—you’re the exception?”

Jiang Luo froze, horrified. He forced down a wave of unease and snapped, “Are you insane?”

The malicious ghost smirked. “That mouth of yours…”

He leaned in and silenced Jiang Luo with a kiss.

***

Chi You didn’t actually go further.

He had only explored Jiang Luo’s body, restrained him, and blindfolded him—his idea of a “punishment.”

When it was over, he reluctantly left. Jiang Luo laid there, face flushed, his whole body trembling—marked with traces of their struggle, but still strong and defiant.

The slender waist, strong thighs, and chest that the malicious ghost favored had all become disaster zones.

Chi You finally let go of Jiang Luo. Sweat beaded at the tip of Jiang Luo’s nose—he didn’t want to move at all.

The malicious ghost took the initiative to help Jiang Luo get dressed, but deliberately didn’t give him any underwear.

The top was the same as before, and apart from the change in pants, no one would ever guess what Jiang Luo had just experienced. No one would imagine that beneath his clothes, his body was covered in marks left behind by the malicious ghost’s so-called affection.

Just from those marks alone, one could see the malicious ghost’s obsession with this human.

Jiang Luo sat there expressionless as Chi You helped tidy him up.

Finally satisfied, Chi You said, “Alright, now—what was it you wanted to discuss with me? Some kind of cooperation?”
