After Being Deceived, I Married Someone Else and Had Children Chapter 111

The hovercar drove all the way toward the Federation’s central city.

From the bumpy roads of the suburbs, one could already gaze from afar at the towering, oddly shaped, brilliantly lit buildings of the central city’s inner districts, as well as the large hovercars, cruising spacecraft, and transport ships that circled the city like little black insects.

Soon, the surrounding scenery became familiar.

Zuo Shihuan should have been feeling nervous and worried, yet for some special reason he couldn’t spare attention for such things. Leaning against the window with his cheek propped on his hand, he looked through the glass at the silent Gu Heng in the driver’s seat.

There was inexplicably a strange sense of familiarity.

But compared to the Gu Heng from before, who had been heavy-hearted and taciturn because of certain matters, this time Gu Heng was more like he was sulking.

Zuo Shihuan unconsciously turned his head to look out the window, then secretly curved his lips into a small smile.

Unfortunately, no matter which state Gu Heng was in, he was not someone easy to deal with or comfort.

When this b*stard became troublesome, he could make even Zuo Shihuan have a moment of breakdown, reflecting on himself and wondering what on earth he had done wrong in his previous life to encounter a b*stard like Gu Heng in this one,

Whenever he thought about it, Zuo Shihuan felt both angry and amused.

But this time, he really couldn’t casually tease him.

To some extent, Gu Heng’s current half-dead, lifeless state really did have an inescapable, direct connection to him.

Zuo Shihuan occasionally glanced at Gu Heng as he drove. On the surface, Gu Heng seemed to be fine already and had also told him that he didn’t mind and that everything was okay, but judging from Gu Heng’s faintly reddened eye rims and the slight, depressed downward curve of his lips,

Zuo Shihuan finally sighed, propped his cheek again, slightly curved his lips, and said, “Gu Heng, let’s go to the mall later.”

Gu Heng immediately replied with a “Okay,” then couldn’t help asking curiously, “Shihuan, are you going to the mall to buy something?”

Zuo Shihuan curved his lips slightly, his eyes smiling as he said, “Yes, to buy some things for you.”

Gu Heng was surprised and puzzled. “For me?”

Zuo Shihuan turned his head to look at Gu Heng, a hint of helplessness in his eyes. “Aren’t you very concerned about the disguiser? When we get to a place without many people or surveillance cameras, take it off. But you have to put sunglasses, a hat, and the like on me, at least block your face a bit, don’t let people recognize you right away.”

“If it’s just the two of us left on the date, Gu Heng, then if you want, you don’t have to cover anything at all, but you must make sure it’s really only the two of us.”

When Zuo Shihuan inexplicably mentioned “only the two of us,” a trace of shy awkwardness flashed through his light brown eyes, yet he still finished speaking with his earlobes reddening.

Gu Heng’s eyes lit up at once. He immediately smiled with narrowed eyes, his tone carrying a trace of rippling, crooked intimacy as he said, “Okay, I’ll listen to you. I’ll only take it off when it’s just the two of us.”

Zuo Shihuan turned his face slightly, propping his faintly red cheek and muttering softly, “…You say you’ll listen to everything I say, why didn’t you listen a bit more just now?”

He had to go through so much extra trouble to finally think of a way to coax the sulky Gu Heng into being completely satisfied. Really….

Forget it.

Zuo Shihuan quietly glanced at Gu Heng beside him.

At this moment, Gu Heng’s eyes were shining brightly, his brows animated, chatting away about what kind of sunglasses and hats he wanted Zuo Shihuan to help him choose later.

The gloomy, downcast look from earlier had been completely swept away.

As long as one found the right way to smooth Gu Heng’s fur, he became very easy to coax.

Even though it was Zuo Shihuan who had deliberately teased and angered Gu Heng earlier by saying that once he put on the disguiser, he wouldn’t be able to recognize him, Gu Heng wasn’t angry at Zuo Shihuan at all, instead, he was angry at himself.

And the kind where he kept it bottled up and didn’t say anything.

This made Zuo Shihuan quite worried that Gu Heng might get so angry he’d lose his head, yet he also felt that this Gu Heng was vivid and real, like someone who had stepped down from a lofty divine seat and become a person of the mortal world.

A person who could laugh, make a fuss, and accompany him as they walked forward together.

It was just that there were too many sudden incidents.

Again and again, they shattered his originally step-by-step life plans, making even Zuo Shihuan concede defeat to Gu Heng. No matter how many plans he made, Gu Heng could still unexpectedly wreck them.

Gu Heng always forcibly dragged him onto a path full of twists and turns yet constant surprises, as if in Gu Heng’s life there had never been an option called following the rules.

Zuo Shihuan supported his forehead, lowered his head, and chuckled softly, then looked again at the now high-spirited Gu Heng beside him. He was also infected by Gu Heng’s fervent emotions, his mood becoming light and open.

“Shihuan, since we’re already going to the mall, how about buying your clothes too? You don’t really have any spare clothes at my place right now.”

Gu Heng suddenly turned his head and spoke to Zuo Shihuan. Immediately after, a trace of ambiguous, teasing light flashed through his black eyes, and he raised his brows as he said, “But if Shihuan you want to keep wearing mine, I’m very willing too, it’s just that the size isn’t quite right.”

“Ah… oh, okay. Then I’ll buy some clothes at the mall too.”

Zuo Shihuan replied without thinking much at first, feeling that it wasn’t a big deal anyway.

But when he noticed Gu Heng’s subtly teasing gaze, along with the following joking words, Zuo Shihuan immediately clenched his fist, restraining himself from stamping it onto Gu Heng’s increasingly presumptuous face.

Zuo Shihuan slightly narrowed his eyes, put down the hand propping his cheek, looked at Gu Heng, and said, “I’ve decided to buy clothes at the mall. I won’t wear yours. And our body sizes are about the same, what’s not fitting?”

Gu Heng smiled disapprovingly. “Shihuan, sometimes you still have to admit that your size is a whole circle smaller than mine.”

Then he very deliberately and obnoxiously sized Zuo Shihuan up and down, his gaze lingering especially on Zuo Shihuan’s lower body. The overly long pant legs looked like they were about to drag on the ground.

Gu Heng became even more convinced of his point.

Although Zuo Shihuan was already considered tall among Alphas, he still couldn’t compare to Gu Heng’s height, and in other aspects of physique, he was also a size smaller than him.

Gu Heng could easily wrap Zuo Shihuan completely into his arms, and could also lift Zuo Shihuan up effortlessly.

For a normal Alpha, Zuo Shihuan’s weight-to-height ratio leaned on the thin side, and it hadn’t been long since Zuo Shihuan had recovered from a serious illness, his weight and overall health hadn’t fully recovered yet.

This made Gu Heng feel every time he picked Zuo Shihuan up that he was too light.

How could there be an Alpha so light? It was hard to believe an Alpha could be so light, it was like severe malnutrition, as if he had never eaten his fill, so light that even his ankles were slender and thin enough to be completely encircled by one of Gu Heng’s hands.

When Zuo Shihuan wore his old clothes, he looked even more slender and thin, his waist a full size smaller than Gu Heng’s, and even pants of normal length looked like they were almost touching the ground.

It really made Gu Heng afraid that Zuo Shihuan might accidentally step on the pant legs and fall.

It had no choice but to make Gu Heng dig out a belt from the corner of the wardrobe in the room, one that he didn’t know how long it had been gathering dust, and fasten it around Zuo Shihuan’s waist, so that it wouldn’t look so exaggeratedly dangerous.

This made Gu Heng, while personally helping Zuo Shihuan put on his clothes, grow complicated and heart-sore in expression. He lightened his movements, pulled Zuo Shihuan into his arms for a brief moment, then quickly separated.

Without letting Zuo Shihuan notice anything unusual about him, he had already made up his mind in his heart to improve Zuo Shihuan’s physical condition and health in the future, at the very least, he couldn’t be this thin anymore.

The moment he thought of this, Gu Heng’s expression turned grave and contemplative. When he looked at Zuo Shihuan again, he became serious and solemn, recklessly saying, “All the measurements are like this, you’re still too thin. From now on I’ll have to properly take care of you and keep an eye on you eating.”

But in Zuo Shihuan’s eyes, this was just Gu Heng continuing to be cheap and deliberately stirring up trouble. Especially the gaze that had lingered for quite a while on his lower body just now, it made Zuo Shihuan feel even more that Gu Heng was teasing and mocking him again.

He must be mocking the fact that the size there was slightly smaller than Gu Heng’s by a whole circle!

But he was already considered relatively large among the Alpha group, he just couldn’t be compared with Gu Heng’s freakish size, that was all!

This made Zuo Shihuan’s face darken instantly. He clenched his back molars, his fist tightening with a creaking sound.

Gu Heng, who didn’t notice anything at all, frowned and continued speaking without any emotional intelligence: “But Shihuan, you don’t need to feel inferior either. Judging by a normal Alpha’s body type and appearance, you’re already very outstanding, you’re just a bit too thin. When I fatten you up in the future, pfft…”

A furious, embarrassed fist finally landed on Gu Heng, catching him completely off guard and making his mouth let out a strange cry.

Zuo Shihuan narrowed his irritated eyes slightly, withdrew his fist, and said, “I’m very normal, and I won’t feel inferior either. And my size is within the normal range, it’s not small at all, and I’m not thin either!”

Gu Heng touched his chest where it had been punched, confused and at a loss, looking at the furious Zuo Shihuan, not knowing where he had offended him.

“All right, if you say it’s normal then it’s normal,” Gu Heng said helplessly. “But you still need to eat more. We’ll go to the mall later and buy you clothes, okay?”

Having been punched for no apparent reason, Gu Heng wasn’t angry, only a little confused and aggrieved as he said, “Why did you get angry and hit me? I just wanted to buy you a set of clothes that fit properly. Seeing you wear my pants that don’t fit in size, I thought we’d go to the mall later to buy you new ones…”

Zuo Shihuan’s angry expression paused. He carefully observed Gu Heng’s expression and realized that he seemed to be telling the truth, and that the “size” he meant was clothing size.

All of a sudden, Zuo Shihuan froze for a moment, then, with some suspicion and unease, chased after Gu Heng to ask, “So the size you were referring to just now, you weren’t talking about something else, but only clothes?”

Gu Heng answered frankly, “Not just clothes. Zuo Shihuan, all sorts of your body measurements and waist sizes are relatively small, that’s why I said you’re too thin.”

Zuo Shihuan’s pupils jolted. Subconsciously, he clenched his fist again in anger, then quickly deflated and loosened it, seeming to realize that he had blamed Gu Heng wrongly. He lowered his head and muttered to himself, “I thought…”

Gu Heng, still in slight pain, lowered his hand and bared his teeth as he asked, “Shihuan, what did you think?”

He hadn’t expected that although Zuo Shihuan looked rather thin, his grip strength wasn’t small at all, but that was also a good thing. At least there was no need to worry about someone bullying Zuo Shihuan easily.

Zuo Shihuan covered his eyes, incomparably annoyed and regretful. “I thought… I thought…”

Gu Heng became even more puzzled. “Could it be that you’re not a whole size smaller than me? You could barely even wear my old clothes?”

Zuo Shihuan suddenly lifted his head and glared at Gu Heng, making Gu Heng even more at a loss and starting to doubt and reflect on himself, had he done something wrong just now?

In the end, Zuo Shihuan covered his flushed face, his voice as thin as a thread, and said, “I thought… I thought you, Gu Heng, were mocking me for being small in that regard, especially since the place you were looking at just now was weird…”

Gu Heng frowned in confusion. “What size? Weird?”

For a moment, Gu Heng didn’t understand. He stared carefully at Zuo Shihuan’s face, which was gradually burning red. Being extremely quick-witted, he immediately understood.

So the one who had truly learned to be bad was Zuo Shihuan.

A trace of teasing light flashed through Gu Heng’s dark eyes. He braced one hand against the car’s interior, leaned his whole body toward Zuo Shihuan’s direction, staring until Zuo Shihuan was red-faced and ear-burning, almost wanting to find a crack in the ground to crawl into.

Gu Heng raised his brows, lifting a mischievous, teasing smile. “So that’s the size you were talking about. I didn’t expect you to think of that, Shihuan…”

Zuo Shihuan knew Gu Heng would seize the chance to tease him. Covering his eyes, not wanting to face Gu Heng’s vile, mocking gaze, he clenched his back molars and argued stubbornly, “That’s because you’re always talking about sizes, and so weird about it!”

Gu Heng squinted his dark eyes happily, rubbing his chin with his fingers as he said, “I didn’t have even a bit of that kind of intention. On the contrary, you’re the one who keeps thinking crookedly. Could it be that you often think about me…”

“Thinking is fine.”

Gu Heng raised his brows slightly. The pleasure gleaming in his dark eyes was practically overflowing as he pressed his burning lips to the back of the hand covering Zuo Shihuan’s face, hooked his vivid red thin lips, and said in a magnetic, ambiguous voice,

“I’ll satisfy you anytime, anywhere, Shihuan, ”

Zuo Shihuan’s expression stiffened. Embarrassed and furious, he shouted, “I won’t think about it!!!”

After Being Deceived, I Married Someone Else and Had Children

Status: Ongoing
Zuo Shihuan had lived over ten years as a low-level Beta in the slums, mother absent and father unknown. After surviving a genetic disease by sheer luck, he suddenly underwent secondary differentiation into an Alpha, and was found by his wealthy biological father. In a society where Alpha rights reigned supreme, only Alphas could inherit in the Zuo family, while Betas and Omegas were mere attachments. That wealthy father had dozens of illegitimate children, but they were all Betas and Omegas. What he desperately lacked was an Alpha heir. By virtue of being an Alpha, Zuo Shihuan became the sole heir of the prestigious family. The very first thing after returning to the wealthy household—blind date. At the meeting, the two families conversed harmoniously, and just like that, he was engaged to a rich and beautiful Omega he barely knew. Zuo Shihuan felt lost. Was he truly going to spend his entire life with a stranger Omega? Who could have guessed, the fiancée told him on the very first day that they already had someone they liked, even dragging him to an underground bar to point out a pretty-faced Alpha scumbag. Coincidentally enough. Zuo Shihuan, too, fell in love at first sight—with a noble and striking Beta. From then on, Zuo Shihuan began watching over this pitiful Beta with a tragic background, helping him evade the pursuit of mysterious forces, protecting him, even unwittingly bringing him into the Zuo family… In the end, Zuo Shihuan surrendered—he had fallen for this Beta. He began pursuing him with no regard for consequences: breaking off the engagement, eloping with him, renouncing his heir status, doing everything against his family’s will for this Beta! He was even willing, as an Alpha, to be the one beneath a Beta. But then— On the day the Empire attacked— Amidst the fleeing crowds, Zuo Shihuan desperately searched for Gu Heng’s figure, only to see on the giant screen the Empire’s Crown Prince personally leading the army in a mech assault. The Crown Prince’s face—was Gu Heng! He was an Alpha, not even a Beta! Gu Heng had deceived him so miserably. Had he approached just to use him, to steal Zuo family secrets? Yet Zuo Shihuan had cherished him like a fool. Zuo Shihuan abandoned his so-called pursuit of true love. At that moment, his former fiancée came back in tears, saying she had been tricked by a scumbag too—and was even pregnant. And that scumbag turned out to be Gu Heng’s accomplice. Zuo Shihuan sneered. Wasn’t he, an Alpha, also tricked by a scumbag? But the greater irony was—Zuo Shihuan discovered he was pregnant too!!! Years later. The original planet now belonged to the Empire. A changed Zuo Shihuan attended a banquet, hand in hand with his Omega spouse. The always noble and proud Crown Prince of the Empire faltered, eyes darkening as he walked toward him, only to hear the man introducing the Omega at his side: “This is my newlywed spouse. At home, we have two young children who couldn’t come.” Gu Heng froze.
