Chapter 259: Giving Respect, Sister Li Gets Slapped in the Face

Yutian Huafu!
The name suddenly flashed through the man’s mind.
“What?” Sister Li didn’t hear clearly, or rather, she heard it but couldn’t believe it.
“The famous wealthy district in Linhuai, full of villas! Remember now?”
“Villas?” Sister Li had an odd expression. “They can’t even afford a fully furnished house, how could they buy a villa? Stop joking.”
“I’m sure the moving truck had the Yutian Huafu logo on it. I didn’t mistake it.”
Sister Li said, “So what? Buses have advertisements for other properties too. Just because the truck had that logo doesn’t mean the people inside are moving there, right?”
“Ha ha,” her husband laughed dryly.
“What kind of attitude is that?”
They sped along, and about ten minutes later, the moving truck drove straight past the main gate of Yutian Huafu without stopping.
Sister Li laughed, “See? I told you there’s no way they could move to such a luxurious place. Sometimes people just get lucky and catch a nice ride.”
But two minutes later, when the moving truck stopped at Yutian Huafu’s back gate and a group of people came to help Han Yunru’s family move, Sister Li and her husband were dumbfounded.
Xiao Ling had come from the sales center today, bringing water and waiting early.
“You’re here just in time. I checked; it’s an auspicious hour. Uncle, Auntie, have some mineral water.”
Jiang Da: “Thank you.”
Han Yunru: “You’ve worked hard too.”
Xiao Ling: “It’s no trouble at all.”
She handed an aloe-flavored yogurt to Jiang Chenxing. “Can you drink this, little brother?”
“Yes. Thank you, sister.”
“You’re welcome, so polite.” She lightly pinched his cheek. Softer and smoother than she imagined. Wow!
She felt all her blood drain out in joy!
She gave Jiang Fuyue a bottle of soda water. “I like this. I don’t know if you do.”
“Thank you.” Jiang Fuyue took it.
Xiao Ling hesitated, “Yesterday… I should be thanking you.”
Without Jiang Fuyue’s words, the commission that rightfully belonged to her would have been half taken by the manager—600,000 yuan, enough for her parents to build a beautiful small house in the countryside.
Jiang Fuyue waved it off. “You deserved it.”
“I didn’t do much…”
“You welcomed us warmly even though you knew we couldn’t afford it. That alone makes you deserving.”
It wasn’t charity or kindness; it was worthiness!
She earned it through her diligent and solid work attitude and excellent professional ethics.
Xiao Ling’s eyes reddened. As a real estate agent, this was the first time she felt respected by a client.
It felt so fulfilling!
Soon, everything was unloaded from the truck. Xiao Ling said, “Uncle, Auntie, let’s take the electric cart inside. They’ll bring the stuff in later, and there’s surveillance the whole way, so no worries about losing anything.”
Han Yunru nodded, “Alright.”
The group left, and the electric cart drove into the heart of the community, disappearing from view. Sister Li and her husband remained in the Volkswagen, still in shock.
Sister Li swallowed hard. “Am I seeing things?”
Her husband: “I don’t think you are.”
The next second, Sister Li suddenly opened the car door and rushed to one of the movers. “I need to ask you, what are those people here for?”
“Who are you?”
“I’m… just passing by! Those people looked familiar, so I came to ask.”
“Familiar? You must be mistaken. They are wealthy villa owners. How could they be familiar with someone driving a Volkswagen, and not even a Phaeton?”
