Dong Du laid on the bed with the activation device in hand, intending to think about how to properly punish Xia En. However, instead of many ideas popping up in his mind, thoughts of Novisane frequently came to the forefront.

“It seems the little prince isn’t here.” Brovill commented, showing a radiant smile. “Your Majesty Xi Yuan, how about we wait a bit longer?”
“No way!” Xia En immediately retorted. “What if he escapes later? What if he receives a message and hides things?”
“He is quite different from you. You don’t need to worry about these things,” Novisane said, twirling the handle of his lollipop in his mouth, as if teasing some despised creature.
Xia En gritted his teeth. “You probably don’t know the little prince. How can you be sure of how he will act?”
Novisane didn’t answer but instead smiled mysteriously, extremely profound.
Xi Yuan frowned, increased his strength, and knocked on the door. Even if the death of the prisoner was unrelated to Dong Du, there must be something between him and Novisane.

After he said this, the room suddenly fell silent. Xia En’s lips moved, but no words came out. If he didn’t speak now, everything he did before would be in vain!

“Then search for it.” Dong Du stepped aside. “But in return, we need to search Xia En’s room as well. That would be fair.”
